Police Look for Two in St Pete Club Shooting

ST. PETERSBURG, FL -- St Pete police say a fight inside a club led to gunfire in the parking lot just after midnight on the day after Christmas.

Police are looking for two people who may have been involved in the shooting outside the Cabana Sands club on 6th Street South. An officer was investigating a nearby hit and run crash when gunfire broke out.

Eight people treated for injuries, police say. Five people were shot and expected to recover. The other three injured while escaping the gunfire.
